General Conditions
Cancellation by the Client
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will be charged:
- 30 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total reservation amount.
- Between 29 and 7 days before: 50%.
- Less than 7 days before: 100%.
There will be NO REFUNDS if the client voluntarily decides to leave before the end of their stay.
Modifications by the Company
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without any refund for either party.
Data Protection
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company’s files to provide and offer our services. Additionally, we inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of your personal data, with the company being responsible for the file.
